Major structural components have been combined into a single
platform. The body design features a low center of gravity,
providing a machine base with excellent anti-vibration control.
The areas around the slide ways has been strengthened by using
the Finite Element Method (FEM), resulting in an optimal reinforcing
rib structure. Mechanical rigidity has been increased by more
than 30% when compared to the conventional design. These benefits
result in higher accuracy and longer tool life.
