  1. This vice can be operated both manually and pneumatically. The pneumatic power enables rapid strong clamping of the workpeice which significantly improves productivity.
  2. Super Lock Mechanism ensures jaws are parallel during clamping and eliminates deformation ensuring firm and accurate work holding.
  3. Design is compact and very simple to operate requiring almost no maintenance.
  4. The combination of Pneumatic over Hydraulic Power provides both high speed and extremely high clamping force.
  5. These vices are supplied with a mechanical push button valve as standard. A Solenoid Valve is also available for use in automated or unmanned production situations.

Features:

  1. The patented Multi-Power System built of HIGH GRADE BEARING STEEL doubles the clamping force. Adjustable clamping force of 0~13200 Lbs. Includes Steps for more clamping space.
  2. Slide ways are HARDENED to HRC50° to increase durability and maintain positioning height over long use.
  3. Body is made of Ductile iron above FCD60 grade for high precision and durability. One solid body design enables high rigidity with a force of 11000 Lbs. and the shape will deflect less than 0.01mm (0.0004")
  4. SUPER LOCK SYSTEM automatically pulls the workpiece down to accurate position and most suitable for precision mold making on machining centers.
